Summary:
Just three blocks to the boardwalk and ocean, this 1759 sqft. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome Duplex on a corner lot is the slice of heaven that you were looking for. It features a one-car garage and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. From there you can head on up to the combined living and dining room that leads into a enchanting roomy open kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you will find a cavernous covered deck to spend those relaxing beach evenings.

The Space:
On this floor, you will also find the laundry room and access to the primary bedroom! This town home is close to all of the fun Carolina Beach action.

Guest Access:
This Home is a private unit and is the entire right side of the whole building. This is a completely separate owner and unit from the left half.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay


There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
