New Listing / New Construction!

This is a handsome, high end five bedroom Townhome with an elevator, humongous rooftop deck, and ocean vistas! We are a short five min. walk to the beach and public beach access and we provide a beach cart. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We also have sizable balconies off the living room as well as the primary bedrooms. We have parking for four cars.

Everything is brand new. Open kitchen/dining/living room with a gas log fireplace. All tv's are Roku Intelligent tv's. Keurig and drip coffeemakers.

Appreciate all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
