The amazing 4-bedroom, 4 bath duplex with two additional half baths offers parking for up to 3 cars. It features a enormous well-appointed kitchen great for dinning and entertaining the whole family. The third floor features a cavernous living area, a half bath off the living room, an ocean view balcony, and a staircase up to the roof top deck that offers panorama vistas of the ocean, canal and the surrounding town of Carolina Beach.


The top floor offers two suites with attached private baths. Both bedrooms on this floor have a private balcony. One of these decks does have a partial view of the ocean! This floor has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.
