Welcome to Ocean Vibes! Beautiful condo on the beach awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! This condo has everything you need for a ideal beach hideaway.

Condo Layout:

3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 7.


Top floor walkup unit.

Living room: seating area with TV.

Laundry: Full Washer and Dryer in closet.

First Bedroom: Twin bed, Queen bed, TV.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, TV.

Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, attached bath with walk-in shower.


Parking for 2 cars: 2 cars with 2 parking passes. This condo complex does have tandem parking. Therefore, these spaces are located one in front of the other, which means that the person in the back has to move their car if the person in the front space wants to pull out. You must provide your cell phone number on your parking pass and move your car if requested by another guest.

Arrival/Departure:

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

Check-In: 4:00.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the close by lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or appreciate a calming day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the impressive sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round! Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, sailing, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Getting the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
