Welcome to Ocean Vibes! Beautiful condo on the beach awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! This condo has everything you need for a ideal beach hideaway.

Condo Layout:

3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 7.


Top floor walkup unit.

Living room: seating area with TV.

Laundry: Full Washer and Dryer in closet.

First Bedroom: Twin bed, Queen bed, TV.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, TV.

Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, attached bath with walk-in shower.


Parking for 2 cars: 2 cars with 2 parking passes. This condo complex does have tandem parking. Therefore, these spaces are located one in front of the other, which means that the person in the back has to move their car if the person in the front space wants to pull out. You must provide your cell phone number on your parking pass and move your car if requested by another guest.

Arrival/Departure:

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

Check-In: 4:00.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the close by lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or savor a calming day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the handsome sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round! Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

NO Smoking inside, outside or in common areas downstairs.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, sailing, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Some rentals allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
  • Does your group require unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.

  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
