Along with the living space, the downstairs offers a master king bedroom with its own bath and a queen bedroom with a hall full bath. Upstairs is the ideal kids area with a loft that has two twin beds and a hall bath with shower/tub combo. One of the best features includes a separate guest crofter that is your own 2 story getaway. Downstairs offer a sizable kitchenette with a futon couch and bathroom. Upstairs has a queen bed and single pull out chair. Savor the island sunsets on the huge back deck which has access from the crofter, master bedroom and the main living room. This home also offers access to the Bald Head Island Club for separate purchase and comes with two golf carts for your use.

• Summer time is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Book your rental home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.

Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out what configuration is right for your vacation.
• Does your group require special amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
