The refreshed kitchen includes numerous new major kitchen appliances, Quartz countertops and backsplash and freshly painted cabinets with plenty of storage for your items. The rest of the home has also been newly updated throughout with new floor, washer/dryer, couches and comforters.

The inviting features continue outside, where you’ll find an broad covered back porch with plenty of seating (including lounge chairs and a rocker), a gate to help keep little ones corralled and a view that includes glimpses of the water. There is also an open front deck with additional furnishings.
