Unwind with the whole family (including fido!) at this calming place to stay. Centrally located between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Huge private yard and handsome tidal creek with impressive sunset vistas. Covered front porch and back deck that features outdoor dining space and BBQ. Generous kitchen, roomy bedrooms. Breezy, beach-inspired decor. Dennis and I live next door at 203 Savoy Circle, the yellow home to the right. We will not visit or interrupt your vacation in any way, but are happy to help with anything you may need! House is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
