Peaceful family beach home, freshly refreshed, newly painted and features a humongous kitchen with plenty of chef's tools, living room with huge screen TV, and formal dining room. Outdoor space includes a comfortable screened in back porch, deck with a Wilmington Grille (gas), and a great sized fenced in backyard (for the island). Upstairs has a spectacular master suite that is highlighted by a bespoke master bathroom with a sizable dual headed shower, two additional bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Home office, one modest closet, and the main garage will not be accessible. There is a nice shed that will be available for renter use and supplied with plenty of beach goodies; along with additional storage in rear garage.

Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, and close to all of the fabulous things Carolina Beach has to offer. Conveniently located walking/cycling distance to downtown Carolina Beach, eateries, bars, parks, hiking trails, the beach, and a brewery with disc golf course.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To book the largest rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
