4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach bungalow on stilts, very conveniently located just across from Ocean Crest Pier and has beautiful ocean vistas and simple beach access! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a pull out queen couch make this home great for a family vacation. Sleeps 12 total! Outdoor shower with hot water accepts you to keep the home clean of sand for your stay! NOTE: Linens are included starting January 1, 2021!

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
