Top location on Wrightsville Beach for a family beach and boat vacation on peaceful, calming South Lumina. Amazing ocean and sound vistas from 4 decks. The beach access is a 5 min. walk down the street, and the home also has a private, calm beach at the sound side dock with your deep-water boat slip and gazebo on Banks Channel. The dock is a great spot for the kids to fish! South Lumina is a one-way, slow-moving, minimal traffic street – likely more runners and bikers than cars, and no public parking.

Stunning ocean sunrises. Afternoon and evening ocean-side gatherings on the giant deck are comfortable in the shade - sunglasses not needed! This open floor plan is ideal for sizable families and entertaining, and has ocean vistas from nearly every room. Don’t worry about hauling in your Keurig – we’ve got that! 4 Hi-Def flat screen TV’s. Elevator, whirlpool tub and outdoor shower. 3-car garage and total parking for 6 or more cars.
