All guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Money saving strategies:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
