Come relax at your new vacation destination! Oceanside at Columbia is a welcoming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex that is located as close as you can get to the ocean. As you walk towards your beach rental, you will see an outdoor shower that is ideal for after a long day at the beach. You will then walk into a handsome kitchen and living room area, complete with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The first floor has access to a covered patio deck, ideal for watching the sunrise on our beautiful Wrightsville Beach. The first floor also has two bedrooms with en-suites, and another half bath. The second floor has the master king-sized bed and attached bath with a enormous shower and impressive tub. The master bedroom also has a private balcony.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
