"Sandy Bottom Retreat" is peacefully tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac and only a few short blocks to the beach. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, townhome is sure to make a excellent first impression. It’s ideal for a get away from your busy life.

The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a comfortable open living space with beachy décor to appreciate while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This home features Intelligent TVs and clean, open spaces, along with a fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Don't forget your K-cups as they also provide a Keurig coffee maker for a pick me up anytime.

Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with two Twin beds and a full bathroom. The pretty primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping a drink or listening to the waves.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
