Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furnishings, private beach access across the street with gazebo. Seasonal pool / hot tub and charcoal grille on-premises. Nightly units are available with a 3-nighttime minimum. Available for off-season monthly units.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note dogs may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to family pets.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
