Adorable first floor guest studio with high ceilings & bright welcoming decor. Private entry with private driveway. 2 min. walk to beach with direct beach access at end of road. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans & silverware. Washer and Dryer inside unit. Cable & wifi supplied. Living area has a full size couch and drop leaf table for dining or laptop workspace. Modest (less than 30 lb) well trained/ home trained dogs welcome. $125 non-returnable pet fee applies. 2 dogs max.
