This elegant condo is bright and modern and offers two-bedroom suites with 2.5 baths. It is PERFECT for weddings guests! Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a entirely outfitted kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking spot for the condo, there is plenty of complimentary street parking right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and marvelous bars and eateries. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Getting the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine upon checking in.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation.
