This elegant condo is bright and modern and offers two-bedroom suites with 2.5 baths. It is PERFECT for weddings guests! Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a entirely outfitted kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking spot for the condo, there is plenty of complimentary street parking right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and marvelous bars and eateries. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
