Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grille. Beach decor with a completely-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops and fresh paint on all surfaces, ceramic tile baths. Nightly units available.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
