The Starfish Suite 101 balcony offers ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

When to visit & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your Cape Fear area vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. • Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
• Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
