The living room is outfitted with a cavernous sectional couch and enormous flatscreen TV so you can relax with your favorite movies and shows. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly from the main living area into the chic kitchen and dining space. The kitchen features lavish bead board details, a shiplap-style backsplash, shining granite countertops, and a generous peninsula with breakfast bar seating for up to 4 people. With plenty of countertop space for prepping food and entertaining guests, you can create culinary masterpieces or simply savor a cup of coffee in this sophisticated beachy kitchen. Heading down the hall, you'll find the first bedroom featuring two handsome queen-size beds and ample closet space. You'll also find the laundry area within this bathroom that has a full-size washing machine and dryer.

Two additional bedrooms are located up the stairs, on the top floor! The primary suite features a opulent king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony outfitted with 2 Adirondack chairs. The vaulted ceiling extends into the last bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. These bedrooms share a handsome bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
