Offering some of the best vistas on Carolina Beach, this top level two story condo sets on the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin. Unwind with your favorite drink on the balcony, as boats, kayaks, and paddle boards slowly pass. Don’t like to watch? Use the floating dock to fish or launch your own kayak. If the beach is more your thing, the nearest beach access is only a two min. walk.

This unit sleeps 8, so there’s room for the entire family. One of the bedrooms is on the second level for additional privacy. One bathroom has grab handles for the disabled. Assigned covered parking for two is supplied.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach, while Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
