OCEAN FRONT extraordinary east end home on handsome Holden Beach. PET FRIENDLY with spectacular expansive ocean vistas. Beach access is across the low traffic street. Handsome inverted floor plan beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 8. There is 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Cleanliness is a priority and fresh linens are furnished and beds are made upon arrival. There are wood floors throughout and ocean vistas from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a covered deck. The first floor has 3 bedrooms. A king bedroom with private bath. A queen bedroom and the twin bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. The washer/dryer is also located on this level. Second level is a queen bedroom with private bath. Also on this level is a 1/2 bath off the living area. The living area opens onto a enormous upper porch with chairs and rockers. There is a sizable dining table that seats 8 and is also great for board games. The kitchen is entirely equipped new appliances and solid surface countertops.
There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and dressing area.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The home offers complimentary high speed wifi and is a great option when working remotely.
If you must work while visiting there is a handy folding desk in the upper level bedroom closet.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early.   • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
