"Carolina Blue Skies" is located on a modest island off the coast of North Carolina called Holden Beach. This home is a 2023 build that was designed with a coastal farmhouse vibe. It's located on Ocean Boulevard West and also on a canal, just a few fast steps from the beach. (Just a 3 hour drive from Charlotte, NC!)

It features an inverted floor plan with the main living space on the top floor and offers striking vistas of the ocean, canals, and intercoastal waterway from all windows. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront home sleeps 10. It offers 2 dedicated work spaces and a darling kids's reading nook.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
