This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle. This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit. We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency. You are close by most everything you need. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance. Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest. Parking: Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter. Linens Information: Queen, Pyramid Bunk (top twin, full middle, twin trundle under), couch bed.

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
