This comfortable freshly modernized condo is located one row off the beach, giving you the ideal balance of being close to the action without being right in the thick of it. The unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a completely equipped kitchen. It also has a huge balcony in the front with impressive vistas of the ocean and a private deck off the back with a gorgeous view of the inlet.

Location: The condo is located in the North End of Carolina Beach, just steps from the sand and surf.

Beds: Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Full pullout bed in the living area.

Conveniences: All linens are included for your stay. You can simply unpack and relax immediately! The condo has a entirely equipped kitchen, pool on premises (open seasonally) and a washer and dryer.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
