*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a stringently enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and Vacation Rental By Owner’s Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, max. occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved and home-trained dogs (max. of two) are welcome for a non-returnable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be on leash when outdoors. Dog waste is to be cleaned up using plastic bags and thrown into trash can in carport. If dog waste is not cleaned up, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as “Trip Change” fee.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
