Constructed in 2020, this enchanting one-level beach home has everything you need for a memorable island vacation. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom gem features marsh and Intracoastal Waterway vistas and a fast walk to the close by private beach access which is about 100 yards away (approx. 4 min). Savor the pretty décor inside with a thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances including Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and others. Also, appreciate tiled showers and luxury tile floors throughout.

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Appreciate calming marsh vistas as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grille. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys included), you can savor the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the largest rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
