Coast of Somewhere Spectacular has everything you need for the ideal beach stay!  Three stories of living space offers room for everybody. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor accepts for great ocean vistas off the deck.  The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar.  Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-refrigerator, sink, TV and pool.. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Vistas can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides simple access to the island stores and pier. The beach is an painless 5 min. walk. Come appreciate the best Sunset Beach has to offer!

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be supplied at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Strategies to get the perfect vacation rental experience:

Sticking to a rental home budget:

• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides contain money saving offers on local shops and restaurants.

• If there's an individual Cape Fear area destination you simply love, keep an eye out for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
• Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.

• At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
