“Hawes Place” is a roomy sound front single-family home that is really a boater’s heaven. With 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, game room, and sizable dock - this home has it all!

As you enter the entryway you are greeted by a enormous open staircase that adds to the appeal of this 1970’s home and it’s marvelous history. The adjoining kitchen offers beautiful sound front vistas, a breakfast nook for four, bar seating for four, and a modest workstation accepts one to work from home if needed. Additional storage and a half bathroom are just around the corner for added convenience.

The entire west facing wall of the top floor opens to allow the sea breeze to flow in and is sure to be your favorite spot in the home.
