We wont bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, etc) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is on the waterfront.   • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
