The Space
• Private 3 bedroom apartment in Carolina Beach
• High Tide is the entire bottom floor of the pictured home.
• Located 75 steps from the beach with public access. Just a 1 min. walk to the beach, boardwalk, and canal.
• Front porch with Adirondack chairs and string lights
• Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes
• One King Bedroom & Two Queen Bedrooms
• High-speed WiFi
• Intelligent TV's in living room and master bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ supplied. Roku TV in living room & Amazon TV in bedroom.
• Pack & Play available if needed
• Reserved off-street parking for 2 cars directly beside the home. Park in front on the old garage area in the two spaces on the Left side.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 3 dogs; no other animals allowed.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be entirely housebroken.
• Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.
