We have rocking chair front porches and the covered grille area that is the ideal spot for a BBQ, where you can watch the sunrise or relax! New pool with deck freshly installed in backyard. We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 full-baths home that is 1,400 square feet in size. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a completely equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room exiting to back deck. Savor your morning breakfast on either balconies or on our additional long farmhouse table. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, generously manicured yard and covered parking. Kick back and relax as your favorite show or movie plays on the 50 inch flat-screen cable TV.

In the North End of Carolina Beach, this attractively located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just less than 2 blocks from the beach and a mile away to the boardwalk, where you can appreciate eateries, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Units to get around the island.
A calming Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local stores. Have alluring seafood eateries steps from the home for your enchanting vacation days.
Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at nighttime, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freedom Park where you can drive your 4X4 car on the beach and go nighttime fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach.

- During High-tide or hurricane season, some of the streets near property may flood for a few hours but our property has yet to be impacted directly - good to know the weather in advance. Follow the detour signs when this occurs.
