Start your mornings calming with coffee and ocean vistas from the covered balcony porch! After blissful beach days, listen to the waves crash or watch a movie on the TV in the comfortable living area. A TV in each well-furnished bedroom offers added entertainment, while blackout curtains provide an additional layer of comfort. The primary suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, which includes a tower fan, as well as access to the covered back porch. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a close by bathroom in the hallway. There is also a queen couch bed in the living area.

Throughout the condo, all new floors and paint provide a fresh feel. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
