Summary:
The name of this elegant condo says it ALL! Catch the handsome sunrise over the Atlantic from your 3rd floor porch! Oceanfront Oasis has it all- a comfortable space to vacation that is located centrally to all things that make "Pleasure Island" spectacular. In seconds your toes will be in the sand or discover the island- fishing charters, historic Ft. Fisher, NC Aquarium delicious and eclectic eateries coffee stores etc. Downtown Wilmington is less than 45 mins away! Don't forget to check out the new murals!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

May, September, and October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
