Heaven Towers is an oceanfront complex with a full size swimming pool.This 2 bedroom condo has just been modernized with new carpet, tile, paint, etc. Sharp looking unit on the 5th floor with handsome broad vistas of the ocean. There is an elevator for painless access to the rooms. The Community Pool is available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Enclosed, outside shower near the pool. 1 TV with Extended Cable, DVD player, and WiFi. Adjacent unit is also available for the extended family wanting to be together but in separate rooms! Equally nice and refreshed as well. The location is superb! Close to Carolina Beach Lake and just a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
