Introducing our spanking new beach place, 'Up on the Roof.' Get ready to have an definitely impressive time in this fresh, modern townhome right here in Carolina Beach

– and yeah, it even comes with an elevator!

"The roof top terrace is marvelous: private, sun and ocean vistas !! The arcade garage is so much fun!"

This 4-bedroom beauty is the tallest townhome in the entire Carolina Beach, and it serves up some jaw-dropping rooftop vistas of the ocean and the town. Trust us, it's a total showstopper.

Oh, and did we mention there's a game room packed to the brim with all sorts of handsome arcade games? Pinball, iRacing, Ping Pong, Basketball, Golf, Cornhole... countless fun!

Now, let's talk about what makes this place epic. The rooftop, folks, the rooftop! Catch both sunrise and sunset vistas that'll have you reaching for your camera every five mins.. You can even hear the ocean waves and get a whiff of that salty sea breeze up here. The Carolina Beach vistas from this rooftop are absolutely mind-blowing. We've got seats for seven, including two loungers, captain's chairs, and couch – ideal for soaking in the sun or calming under the moonlight during your beach hideaway.

The fourth floor is where all the action is. It's got the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all in one cavernous setup that's great for big groups. There's a massive big screen TV for your entertainment, and a balcony with some killer ocean vistas.

On the third floor, you'll find two bedroom suites. The "Captains Master" features a comfortable king-size bed and a private bath, not to mention its very own balcony. Then there's the "Coral Twins" bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom. Each room fits two people comfortably and comes with a fancy flat-screen Intelligent TV.

The second floor is home to two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The "Ocean" bedroom has a king-size bed, a couch with a sleeper bed, and another private balcony. The "Ship Mates" bedroom rocks two sets of bunk beds. Each of these bedrooms sleeps four and has a sizable Intelligent TV. There's also a generous laundry room on this floor.

Now, let's talk about the first floor – it's a two-car garage that moonlights as an arcade and game room. We've outfitted it up with everything you'd ever need for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, games, and more). Plus, there's a ping pong table, a gaming/movie nighttime TV, retro video games galore, a pinball machine, an iRacing setup, cornhole, a putting green, and even two adult bicycles! Still got room for a car, by the way. And in the backyard, we've got lounge chairs and a snazzy new grille. Don't forget the outdoor shower for sandy beachgoers!

Did we mention there's an elevator in this place too? Yup, we've got you covered.

When it comes to access, you've got the whole townhome to yourself. It's all yours to discover and appreciate.

Now, for some insider tips: This place is in an unbeatable location – just a three-min. hop to the beach. Plus, you can walk to ice cream stores, tiki bars, and a ton of eateries. The close by lake and boardwalk are also super close, less than a mile away. If you're up for a 5-min. drive, there's Carolina Beach State Park for hiking, kayaking, or catching a view of the infamous Venus Fly trap which is native to this island.

And here's a additional: Fort Fisher is a mere 4 miles away with more beaches, a place to drive your 4x4 on the beach, and a fantastic Aquarium! Finding the best Carolina Beach rental experience:

How to get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Reserve your rental home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Cape Fear area visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines contain coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Planning and picking yourrental:

  • First and foremost, have your group commit to vacation dates and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Spacious with Panoramic Ocean Views, close to beach, Arcade w\/ Pinball, iRacing! has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is commonly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the host before you book the home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or may be applied to your agreement.

During your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of difficulties.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
