The open living, dining & kitchen areas offer a new coastal vibe that's ideal for calming and entertaining. You will find 4 appealing sized bedrooms and 2 full baths off the main living area all on one level. This home has been charmingly refreshed with modern coastal decor'. The kitchen is well supplied and offers a Keurig and a coffee pot.

Start your day in the oceanfront sunroom or sundeck taking in the impressive vistas of the ocean, beach, and handsome sunrises! There's a generous size oceanfront sundeck space with steps leading down to the beach!

After putting the kids to bed, relax and savor a peaceful evening taking in the striking sunsets from the sunroom or sundeck.

• Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
