It doesn't get much more convenient than this. Directly across the street from the Sand Fiddler public beach access. 2nd. floor corner unit has striking ocean vistas. Sit out on the deck and savor the invigorating ocean breeze while trying some great local food. The condo sleeps 4, queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out couch. Entirely equipped kitchen with all the silverware, pots and pans. FULLY REMODELED KITCHEN. BRAND NEW DISHWASHER, OVEN, MICROWAVE, SINK, GRANITE...... Longer stays are hassle complimentary with a washer and dryer to take care of any laundry needs.
We only allow modest to medium sized dogs if preapproved.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain discounts for nearby tours and attractions.

Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You will need to establish what bed configuration is right for your trip.
• If there's a particular Cape Fear area destination you simply love, keep an eye out for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
• Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .

• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a great vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
