Unwind in the Evenings on the back porch and look for the wildlife vistas.

This elegantly decorated home features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, wood and laminate floors, a decorative fireplace, multiple decks with ample seating, and ground level entertaining for family and friends. You will discover an outside bathroom located in the storage area near the swimming pool, tanning deck, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, as well as a picnic area and charcoal grille to use when you are not out on the beach.

From bedroom #1 you will discover pretty vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is complete with a queen size bed, TV and a private full bath with a humongous walk-in shower (no tub). When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance.
