The space has been refreshed with all new furnishings, appliances, finishes, and a kitchen stock full of goodies. Upstream is ideal for a couples' getaway, remote working, or family hideaway. With great vistas for watching the sunrise and sunset off the two porches and fireworks from the marina (seasonal), come see why we adore calling Carolina Beach home!

Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces as well as access to the pool (open seasonally), docks for fishing and water sports, and grilles in the common areas. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
