About this Property

  • 4 Bedrooms
  • 4 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home

Blue Water is an exceptional pet friendly home on the North end of Carolina Beach and is the ideal place for your family’s next vacation. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features multiple areas for gathering, an elevator that reaches every level, and is meticulously decorated to offer the very best of coastal elegance!

The ground level of the property has dual driveways and a sizable garage bay that can hold a total of 6 cars! The second floor is accessible either from the exterior front entrance, or from interior stairs in the garage. As you enter the front door, you’ll find the first of 2 living rooms, complete with tons of seating and a huge TV and gas fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor; one with a queen bed, and one with a queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top). There is a enormous jack and jill bathroom between these bedrooms which has a separate toilet/shower area for added privacy. The laundry room is located towards the back of this floor and also has access to the back deck and back yard.

The third floor holds the main living space, and what a space it is! The massive kitchen has all new appliances, a bespoke island with bar seating, and enough counter space to make any chef’s head spin. This open concept area also holds a huge, 8-person glass dining table, the second living room, and a shared half bath off of the kitchen. Guests will find access to both front and back decks from this floor, as well as one of two master suites with a king bed and private bath.

The top floor is the true master suite. The bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a large closet, but the real star of the show is the bespoke private bath. This bathroom is bigger than most bedrooms, and has a giant walk in shower, a soaking tub, and his and her vanities. There is also access through the closet to a modest private back deck that has terrific vistas of the waterway.

This is a home where the whole family can gather together but have their own space when needed. A fast .5-mile walk to the Carolina Beach pier and Freeman Park, or a 1.5-mile drive to the boardwalk make the location ideal to experience all that Carolina Beach has to offer. Book your stay today and get ready for a home you won’t soon forget!

Our top Cape Fear area vacation rental home tips:

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer time is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Cape Fear area area visitors guide magazines which include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Choosing the best vacation rental:

  • Select a group leader, select your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Blue Water - 4 Bedroom pet-friendly home on Carolina Beach has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available online. Otherwise, call the property manager before you reserve your rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is right for your family.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors bothering your peace. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
