Feel the epitome of communal living with this home's innovative reverse and open floor plan, facilitating gatherings of family and friends in the broad living room, kitchen, and dining area located on the top floor. Adorned with windows on all sides, this level basks in an abundance of natural light, creating a vibrant ambiance throughout. Sink into the plush seating arrangements in the living room, focused around the colossal flat-screen Intelligent TV flanked by constructed-in shelves. The kitchen exudes elegance with its tasteful décor and features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient Keurig/drip coffee maker. Completing this floor are two full bathrooms and two bedrooms- both with King Beds.

Descend via stairs or elevator to the next level, where a secondary living space awaits, replete with yet another roomy sectional couch, sizable flat-screen Intelligent TV, and a handy wet bar boasting a sink and mini-refrigerator. Three additional bedrooms on this level offer private retreats, each accompanied by its own full bathroom—one hosting a King bed, one hosting a Full daybed, and one designed with two twin singles, and a twin over twin bunk bed, providing ample sleeping space for youngsters. Also present on this level are a half bathroom and the laundry room, ensuring convenience for all occupants.

Further downward, on the ground floor, leading to the backyard is your very own tropical sanctuary. Enveloped by swaying palm trees, the outdoor space features a dazzling azure pool and rejuvenating spa, alongside a beautiful tiki bar encompassing a wet bar and flat-screen Intelligent TV. Ample seating options, including lounge chairs, invite you to bask in the sunshine, while an outdoor shower, gas grille, and an array of amenities enhance your outdoor experience.

The pool is open year round and can be heated for an additional cost of $150 a day. When heated, the pool water should be between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. You must pay for the entire stay and can not pick and choose days you want the pool heated. We can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures, however the gas heaters are very effective during most conditions. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to time schedule.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT supplied in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event.

**(Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-returnable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.

Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.

While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

Sorry, NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

NO charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers are allowed on premise.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. When to go & When to book:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

  • Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your . Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. Contact the host immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic resource to find the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
