Completing this floor are two full bathrooms and two bedrooms- both with King Beds.

Descend via stairs or elevator to the next level, where a secondary living space awaits, replete with yet another cavernous sectional couch, sizable flat-screen Intelligent TV, and a handy wet bar boasting a sink and mini-refrigerator. Three additional bedrooms on this level offer private retreats, each accompanied by its own full bathroom—one hosting a King bed, one hosting a Full daybed, and one designed with two twin singles, and a twin over twin bunk bed, providing ample sleeping space for youngsters. Also present on this level are a half bathroom and the laundry room, ensuring convenience for all occupants.

Further downward, on the ground floor, leading to the backyard is your very own tropical sanctuary. Enveloped by swaying palm trees, the outdoor space features a dazzling azure pool and rejuvenating spa, alongside a striking tiki bar encompassing a wet bar and flat-screen Intelligent TV. Ample seating options, including lounge chairs, invite you to bask in the sunshine, while an outdoor shower, gas grille, and an array of amenities enhance your outdoor experience.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Please note guests do not have access to the garage

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Ocean Isle Beach and Sage Island reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. • Summertime is the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
• Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Cape Fear area area visitors guides that include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

More tips for your visit:

• Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
• To ensure that damages aren't linked to your stay, make a record of any problem areas during check in. Speak to the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
• Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
• Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
• Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
