Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance.
